ONBOARD/DEFER - We realise that this opportunity is not for everyone so we select the most suitable candidate with the same Goals and Values as us. We sometimes have to decline some candidates due to a lack of Strategic Fit.
INDUCTION - Our Induction Process is Key to Your Success as an Independent Planning Advisor, we take you through the Financial Planning Basics and convert you from a Star Banker into a Start Financial Planner.
SETUP - Finally if you make it this far, we will guide you and handhold you in setting up your firm and showing you all the tools available to support your growth. We are reknown for ever successful Client Recruitment Strategies.
